MyDAS - online preparation and lodgement system
MyDAS (My Development Assessment System) is an online system that allows an applicant to prepare and lodge (or refer) particular applications to the Department, as the State Assessment and Referral Agency (SARA), where the State is the assessment manager or a referral agency for a development application.
The Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009 (schedules 6 and 7) will assist in determining the assessment manager and any referral agencies for your development application.

IMPORTANT: If you are lodging a development application with a local government, please do not use MyDAS. Some local governments accept applications lodged electronically through eDA, otherwise you will need to contact the relevant local government directly.
